2010: Emerging from a self-imposed hiatus, acclaimed singer-songwriter-guitarist Susan James is back—performing her own original music and working on a new album. 　　James has been in the studio with her old friend Paul Lacques and his bandmates Shawn Nourse and Paul Marshall from the group, I See Hawks in L.A. 　　“I couldn’t be more pleased with what we’re doing in the studio,” James says. “Paul and Paul sing harmony with me on some of these.
