《A Very Long Engagement》原声由Angelo Badalamenti作曲。
由‘华纳兄弟’旗下的子公司‘Warner Independent’投资的《A Very Long Engagement》（漫长的婚约）是法国历史上预算最高的一部电影。导演是曾执导《Amelie》（天使爱美丽）的法国着名导演Jean-Pierre Jeunet。影片根据Sebastien Japrisot所着的畅销小说改编，讲述一战后一位妇女试图寻找未婚夫失踪真相的故事。Jeunet称已经为这样一部梦想中的电影等了10年，“Japrisot的小说是关于爱，希望和意志的寓言故事。”女主角由因《Amelie》红遍全球的Audrey Tautou出演，更让人充满期待……

这部电影的原声配乐则由长期与David Lynch合作的电影音乐作曲家Angelo Badalamenti（'Twin Peaks'、'Mulholland Drive'、'The Straight Story'、'Lost Highway'）创作，风格上也与以往不尽相同，更倾向于‘好莱坞’的感觉。
