Declan，全名Declan John Galbraith，1991年12月19号出生于England的Kent郡的Hoo St Werburgh。于2002年出道。

You and Me 是Declan Galbraith继Delan和Thank You 之后的第三张专辑。在这张专辑中有他自己写的第一首歌曲Moody Blues，这首歌不同以往的歌曲，它结合了许多国家的音乐元素使之更IN。也可以在专辑的其他曲目中发现，有许多不同风格的歌曲。这些都是Declan所喜欢的，也是Declan想要唱出来的。最近Declan还参观了中国，也把流行于欧洲的带到了中国。Declan的歌曲也愈加的成熟了。
