I Am Armando

Pitbull原名Armando Christian Pérez,作为一个古巴裔的美国mc，pitbull还是坚持用英文Rap ，最初他被邀请出现在单曲"Lollipop" 中，这让pitbull被Diaz Brothers经纪人团队发现。在结识了Lil Jon后，于2002年参与了 Lil Jon和the East Side Boyz的专辑Kings of Crunk。2003年oye版本还出现在速度与激情2的原声中。The Boatlift是他个人第3张专辑,专辑制作请来了Lil' Jon, Mr. Collipark, The Diaz Brothers, Jim Jonsin 主打单曲是Sticky Icky、I know you want me等。  曾在公告牌全美热门单曲榜中，Pitbull同尼欧、AfroJack、Nayer合作的热门单曲《Give Me Everything》终于从亚军来到第一位，这首歌在线上下载中以18万7千次的成绩排名第4，并且以1亿4千700万的电台收听群排名电台榜第2位。 Pitbull更是在他2004年4月24日的出道单曲《Culo》之后，7年2个月零2个星期首次登顶全美。这位来自迈阿密的说唱歌手是继Lil Wayne出道8年才夺下全美第一之后，等待夺冠时间最长的个人男歌手。Lil Wayne1999年出道，但是一直到2008年，才凭借《Lollipop》拿下五周全美第一。
