Time Stand Still: The Collection

RUSH，1968年成军于加拿大多伦多，初期成员有作曲，键盘兼主唱的多才贝斯手Geddy Lee，吉他手Alex Lifeson，鼓手John Rutsey 以及后来替代John Rutsey 的鼓手兼作词Neil Peart。
乐队1974年三月发行了乐队同名专辑《RUSH》后，凭着高超的乐队成员乐器技术，复杂的编曲，含义深远，富有哲理而不失焕丽的歌词。开始受到音乐界的广泛关注。
他们音乐内容涉及了政治，社会问题，环境等问题。他们的音乐形式是硬摇滚和前卫金属的完美结合。
至今为止RUSH的成员，已经是年过50的老人了。
他们总共发行了24张黄金专辑，14张白金专辑。
黄金专辑数量排在the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Kiss之后位居第四。
白金专辑数量同样排在the Beatles, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith位居第四。
而RUSH的专辑总销量排在美国总量的第78位，总销量全球答4千多万张。
